Company and Union Bargaining Committees Open Contract Discussions

Kroger Columbus Division and UFCW Local 75 bargaining committees started negotiations this week on a new contract for the Toledo and Northwest Ohio associates.

Initial Proposals Exchanged

The first week of bargaining provided an opportunity for the Union and Company bargaining committee members to provide personal introductions and deliver their opening presentations. They exchanged opening proposals and counter proposals on contract language.

What’s New

The bargaining committees are scheduled to meet during the week of September 1 to continue negotiations.
