Company and Union Meet After Failed Ratification Vote

Yesterday, the Columbus Division and UFCW Local 75 bargaining committees reconvened to discuss the recent vote against the fully recommended tentative agreement, which had the full support of both your Union and the associate-led bargaining committee.

During the meeting, the committees reviewed associate feedback and explored a path forward toward a ratified contract. Discussions are scheduled to resume on Tuesday, September 30.
