To The Kroger Toledo Team:
Thank you for consistently demonstrating the meaning of Our Purpose – to Feed the Human Spirit – by serving our customers, helping our communities, and supporting each other.
Your connections with our customers are what keep themcoming back time and time again. What you do matters!
Soon, we will begin negotiations on your new contract with UFCW Local 75. These negotiations are important to you and our company. Our goals for this negotiation are to:
• Continue to invest in market–competitive wages
• Maintain your affordable and industry-leading healthcare and retirement benefits
• Reach a balanced agreement that supports our associates while ensuring groceries remain affordable for our customers
I believe that by working together, we can reach a good agreement.
We will be open and transparent with you, and I encourage you to use the following resources to stay informed:
