Toledo Contract Fails to Ratify

We are disappointed that the fully recommended tentative agreement put forth through collaboration between UFCW Local 75 and the Company failed to ratify this week.

It’s Business as Usual
Your current contract is set to expire on September 21, 2025. We understand working with an expired contract may be stressful. It is important to know, it is business as usual in our Toledo and Northwest Ohio stores and associates should report to work as scheduled. Your current pay, benefits and working conditions will continue until we have a ratified new agreement.
